Bubbling Traffic Lights

Usually people are always impatient and in a hurry. When they have to wait for the traffic lights to change in the corner,.. well at times they don't do it at all, and if there are no cars nearby, they cross the street, sometimes not even trough the crosswalk. Also cars sometimes don't stop before the crosswalk, blocking the way to people. So the idea is to make the pedestrians wait for the traffic light to turn to red, to make them walk over the crosswalk, and to encourage cars to not stop over the crosswalk. Using some bubble shooters located on both sides of the street, just by the crosswalk, that will start shooting bubbles once the traffic light turns to red. This way bubbles will make a corridor for people to walk in. The cars would stop before the crosswalk to avoid popping the bubbles, and in this way they won't block the path.
