The Fun Theory

Problem: People tend to throw rubbish on the streets instead of garbage bins.

Fun Solution: To make throwing rubbish as fun as playing basketball we want to add a scoring machine and detector to the garbage bin. So, for every piece of rubbish that goes into the garbage bin, you get 2 points.
