Soap Busters

For the prevention of H1N1 flu, the guidelines stress washing one's hands with SOAP. Yet, some people in public bathrooms ignore the soap dispensers. They either skip washing their hands, or they merely rinse them in water. We propose posting above the soap dispensers a sign saying, "USE SOAP to COPE with H1N1". The soap dispensers would be equipped with a motion-triggered recording emitting a "Thank you" -- each “Thank you” in a different language. We believe this varied incentive system would be fun (as people will laugh at the international thank you's ), would encourage proper hygiene and would help control the H1N1 epidemic.
