The Fun Theory

With cigarettes there are two problems. Firstly people smoke them and secondly they throw cigarette butts on the street. My invention is fun and can change peoples behaviour for the better. The bin has a sound system, a sensory system, a mini player and an open mouth. When people put out cigarettes on the bin's tongue and throw it in the mouth the sensory switch will play a cough sound automatically. Submitted by Kakha Khabeishvili.
