Fortune Hand Dry

To encourage people to use hand dry instead of tissue, the fortune hand dry has the same rationale as the fortune cookies. I replace the traditionl button with spin wheel button, You press the button which will start the hand dry, meanwhile, start the wheel of fortune. Then the wheel will spin and stop at one category. You will see the quote related to the category appearing on the quote screen. So, people can read the quote when they dry their hands.
