The Fun Theory

There is not enough fresh water on this planet. There are countries without enough water to drink.
Through this design I want to spread the Save Water message.

Whenever people turn on the tap and water flows more than 3 seconds , a crying baby sound starts and goes on increasing till they turn off the tap.
They can see a Crying Emoticon on the tap which says " There is not enough fresh water on Earth ".

This is a funny way to spread the message which needs a lot of attention and make people use sufficient water but not waste.
