Colourful meal

Kids are eating less vegetables and more meat and fast food products. These refined foods are bad both for the organism and because of the intensive resources they require. This behavior should be changed towards eating more fruits, vegetables and less refined products, from a young age.

This is way kind should be motivated to eat vegetables. The idea is to let the kid choose what to eat and then give him/her pencils, in each of the colors of the chosen foods, and a contour figure to color. Varied food intake, more colors for drawing!

Variant: get the contour figure of each chosen vegetable or fruit to color on.
