Wash Hands with Soap Game

Objective: To get more people to use soap when washing their hands after using the restroom.
A recent article in USA Today reported that when people wash their hands after using the restroom, only 33% use soap and only 16% adequately wash. The average hand-washing time was a pathetic 11 seconds.
So we need a fun way to motivate people to wash their hands adequately using soap.
I propose a video game that is attached to mirror. The video game gets activated by getting soap out of the soap dispenser and continues as you stand in front of the sink and wash your hands. After 45 seconds the game ends and you are rewarded (possibly through the paper towel dispenser or air dryer), You could vary the video game so each time is a new experience.
