The Fun Theory

We are supposed to collect the dogs excrements in the park. We should collect them all into the little bag and then throw the bag into the bin. What if there would be a special machine by the dogs bin, giving the morsel to the dog every time we bring the "delivery"? After some time maybe the dogs will get used to it and will push us to pick up the "treasure".

1. We will do something good for our health when we go for a walk
2. Our dog will be happy to receive a morsel and it will motivate us to collect of dog excrement
3. Our parks will stay clean
